God can and should be praised for his unfailing love and faithfulness. David will praise no matter who is watching, even if they are self-declared gods of the earth. He knows the One True God. The kings and rulers of this earth will eventually bow down. It’s just a matter of time before they will surrender to God; it’s inevitable. This is another psalm that refers to praising God’s name. His name is worthy! We worship and we know that God will answer and be faithful. Application: When you think that God can’t be any greater, he can be. Remember that he will keep his word. Talk to him directly when you pray. Refer to him as God, Jesus, Father, etc. It’s important that you use someone’s name when talking to them. Prayer: Spend time in prayer and worship. Surrender and put your trust in him remembering that he is faithful and will keep his word. Click here to view all resources for the Worship SOAP Bible Study.
