Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship."

Observation: This is true and proper worship. If we worship God with everything, then we will know what his will is. This verse Includes brothers and sisters. Mercy means compassion or benevolence. Sacrifice is hard. Spiritual act of worship; more than going through the motions. Urge means to push along with force. Paul isn’t just flippant about this topic.

Application: Let your lives of worship be holy and pleasing to God. How can you offer your bodies as a living sacrifice? Worship is so much more than music. Worship him with everything!

Prayer: Spend time in prayer asking God to help you examine your life and realize how many ways that you can worship him with all that you are. Ask him to help open your eyes each day to new ways to worship.
