Welcome
Welcome! It's so wonderful that you've decided to read through the book of Esther! The purpose of this reading plan and study is to get us into God's Word, dive into the truth of what God is teaching us, and learn how to apply it to our lives. Read with a group of friends or read on your own. It's only one chapter per day so that you're not overwhelmed and can soak in as much as possible. You are also encouraged to take a reading break on the weekend, or at the very least, on Sundays. Get involved and attend your local church and learn what your pastor has prepared to teach you.
Read - Reflect - Pray
Start each day's study by reading one chapter of the book of Esther. That's it - just one chapter! Take your time, highlight verses, or read it a few times if needed.
|
After you've read the chapter, write out the verse that stuck out to you the most. Don't just write out the reference, but write out the verse word for word! Then, write down any thoughts, notes, and reflections you have about the chapter.
|
Spend some time in prayer. Pray that God would help you apply his truth to your life. Pray for any requests for you, your family, and friends. Pray for your local church. Also remember to praise God for all that He has done!
